Community Investment Funds

Remember, every investment has its risk, invest only what you can afford to lose.

The platform for community-driven investments supported by assistive technologies of technical financial analysis and AI will enable us to spread access to investment funds to the most diverse investor profiles. They will be separated by risk groups / estimated return potential, and all investors will be able to participate according to their own profile in more than one group.

Permanent Funds:

Three (3) permanent funds will be created initially with liquidity provided by the buy and sell fees, and a percentage raised with the IDO. Half of the initial funds will belong to the holders of IGNI tokens and the other half to holders of NFTs IGNI Tokens.

Funds Cycles:

The investment funds will be executed in cycles, at the end of each cycle it will return to the initial stage and will be executed again continuously and eternally. During the entire execution of the permanent funds, investors will have the option to participate by making an IGNI token stake or an NFT stake.

Stage - Collection:

Fundraising and fundraising is continuous and occurs throughout the cycles, however, the portfolio will only be expanded in the "Portfolio Manipulation"

Stage - Portfolio Acquisition:

In this stage, the tokens and assets that will be analyzed and voted on will be acquired by the fund, respecting the risk/return percentage of each fund. After voting, trades will be executed at defined times via algorithm to ensure the best entry point, and to avoid any manipulation of asset prices.

Stage - Analysis, and Monitoring

In this stage, the community, supported by automated tools, will monitor the aggregated results of the permanent fund's positions. At this time only emergency exits voted by the community or derived from the anti-rug system will be carried out.

Stage - Profit Distribution

For a period of time, all participants will be allowed to withdraw profits obtained from the funds in a predetermined maximum percentage, if they choose not to withdraw profits, the amount is accumulated and their participation percentage in the next cycle will increase proportionally.

Risk/Return Rating

The groups will initially have the predetermined percentage, after the first investment cycle, the community can decide to change the percentages through a governance vote. Each of the 3 funds will have a share of ⅓ of the total available for investment collected in the cycle.
